These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mymultitap's website, mobile app, NFC/QR tags, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

mymultitap lets you claim and manage physical NFC/QR tags and publish digital profiles that others can open by tapping or scanning. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter (photos, text, contact details, and similar). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for what you publish on public profiles. Do not post illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content, or personal data you are not allowed to share.

You agree not to:

• Probe, scrape, or disrupt the Service or other users' accounts
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service for fraud, harassment, or unlawful surveillance
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with mymultitap
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

Physical tags are linked to digital profiles through our systems. Tag type and certain manufacturing properties may be fixed at creation. Lost, damaged, or transferred tags may require re-claiming or support assistance subject to our processes.

The Service may link to third-party sites or rely on providers (hosting, email delivery). We are not responsible for third-party terms or practices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that public profiles will be found in every emergency, that scanners will always succeed, or that published contact details will be used only as you intend.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYMULTITAP AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

You will defend and indemnify mymultitap against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where mymultitap operates its primary business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, except where consumer protections require otherwise.
